• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, contact information, delivery address (if applicable), and order details.
• Menu and Pricing: Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, inaccuracies in the order information, suspected fraud, or unavailability of items.

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information.
• Payment Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of the order.

• No Warranties: The Website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
